    About the program

This program focuses on enhancing educational and community spaces, creating better learning and living environments for local children and families. Your efforts will centre around construction and renovation at our school—a vital space for kids from underprivileged backgrounds. While past volunteers have helped transform the school into a welcoming environment, there’s still plenty of work to be done!

You’ll take part in building new classrooms, improving pathways, and creating sanitation facilities to support the growing needs of the community. Depending on priorities, you may also contribute to projects in the nearby village or hospital, ensuring that every day brings something new and rewarding.

No prior experience? No worries! You’ll learn on the job while making a tangible impact. Be prepared for hands-on, physical work under Cambodia’s warm sun—and walk away with unforgettable memories and a sense of accomplishment.

    Why Join?

    • Work on impactful projects that directly improve schools and community spaces.
    • Take on a variety of tasks: build classrooms, paint murals, create pathways, and beautify the school grounds.
    • Contribute to sustainable development while immersing yourself in Cambodian culture.
    • Gain practical construction skills in a real-world setting—no experience required!
    • Leave a lasting legacy by improving infrastructure for local families and children.

    Your Role

    • Build and renovate classrooms, restrooms, and pathways.
    • Add colour and life by painting murals and repairing school buildings.
    • Get creative by constructing furniture like tables, chairs, and bookshelves.
    • Help with gardening and landscaping—plant trees and make the school greener.
    • Assist in building trash bins, compost areas, or drainage systems for a cleaner, healthier environment.
    • Work alongside local coordinators to safely use tools and materials—they’ll guide you every step of the way!

This program is more than just construction—it’s about connecting with a community, learning new skills, and leaving a meaningful impact. If you’re ready to make a difference, get your hands dirty, and experience Cambodia in a unique way, this is the opportunity for you!
