3. Three meals a day – Savor freshly prepared Nepali meals daily and even assist and learn if you wish to. Prefer cooking? We can help you source local ingredients and use the kitchen to prepare your own meals.
   
   
4. Free Yoga Classes: Take advantage of free daily yoga classes from 7 to 8 AM with experienced facilitators in a peaceful setting, just a 10-minute walk from your accommodation, which is suitable for all ages.
   
   
5. Live with the Mayans – Live among the graduates and administrators of Maya Universe Academy, a unique, community-based school that provides free education in exchange for 2 days of work at the school to Nepalese rural children. Maya Universe Academy strives to foster sustainable development and encourage young minds through the art of education for children who would otherwise have none. You will be living with graduates of Maya in the age group of 16-22 years who have come to Kathmandu for higher education after graduating from Maya Universe Academy, studying different disciplines, and exchanging ideas and experiences with these vibrant and passionate young minds.
   
   
6. Work 5 hours a day at a kindergarten – Immerse yourself in one of Kathmandu’s top kindergarten schools from 10 AM to 3 PM. You will work closely with the children, helping them develop their skills under the guidance of an experienced school principal who has been leading the institution for over a decade. She will personally mentor you, providing valuable feedback to support your growth. The rest of the day will be yours to explore the vibrant sights of the Kathmandu Valley. Choose from a dozen places to visit in Kathmandu with free pick-up and drop-off. Note that entrance fees vary by location and are to be covered by you.
