    Costa Rica is a country where you can meet with nature, get to know its culture and have that experience you have always been looking for through volunteering in Costa Rica.

    In the music school program, you will work hand in hand with local people. 

    It is intended that children acquire new skills, hobbies and teaching. 

    We have very few resources, but with love and desire we can do many activities that make the children of the community, enjoy and acquire new teachings that will change their future. 

    The music project will allow you to introduce children to a different world to face. They can also learn to play an instrument with your help. It is important that you have musical knowledge.

    Activities of musical language, rhythms, synchronization, playing instruments, solfeggio, etc. are carried out.

    If you have an instrument, this is the time to take it and let the children see and discover the charm of music.

    Typical day

     A typical volunteer's day begins with breakfast at the lodge with all the volunteers. Volunteers then walk to the project (10-5 minutes) where they meet with the local coordinator to see what activities are planned for the day.

     A typical volunteer's day begins with breakfast at the lodge with all the volunteers. Volunteers then walk to the project (10-5 minutes) where they meet with the local coordinator to see what activities are planned for the day.

    Throughout the morning each volunteer contributes to the assigned task. There is a stop for lunch and, depending on the needs, the tasks are continued or free time is available.

     The volunteer can visit nearby areas in his or her free time. In the evenings, the group has dinner and prepares for the next day

    Costa Rica is a country with great biodiversity in flora and fauna. Bordered by the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. It has well known provinces and unique characteristics such as:

    • And its capital San José.

    In these places you can find a wide array of activities including:

    In order to join the program you need to be at least 18 years old on the program start date. There might be exemptions if you can provide the permission of your legal guardian(s) or if your are accompanied by your parents.
