Internships start on Mondays and interns have a choice to participate to a program between a minimum of 2 weeks or up to a maximum of 12 weeks .
The program fee includes a free airport pickup from Aktion Airport (or Athens Airport upon availability), on the Sunday before the Monday start date. To qualify for the free pickup interns are required to arrive at Aktion airport between 9am-6pm or at Athens airport between 9am to 12noon. At the airport interns will be welcomed and transferred to their accommodation. Those that land in Athens, are transferred to the regional bus station in order to reach the town of Arta by bus and then will be picked up from the local team member. For interns arriving at an earlier date, an airport pickup (and bus station drop-off) maybe provided if requested and subject to availability.
Adequate information about the town and hosting institution will be sent before arrival. It includes information about the city, local culture, rules, emergency contact numbers and the local team.
