We working with communities
to address child Marriages and Teenage Pregnancies in Uganda and we are using
different methods and forums to educate communities and stakeholders about the
dangers of child marriage and Teenage pregnancies and encouraging good practices
to keep girls in schools.
Social media not only allows you
to hear what people say about you, but enables you to respond. It allows people in the organization to
communicate, learn new things, develop interests etc. The program seeks to support the organization use social media to
share information, make connections and partnerships through blogs, websites, videos, pictures, and other user-generated media
The Social Media and Photography associate will support to capture
events, people, objects or scenes for records or documentation, conceptualizing, developing, designing, producing,
editing, and directing media operations, maintenance and oversight of media
facilities, production, and distribution-related activities. The volunteers will work with the local team in Butaleja District in Eastern Uganda and will be expected to share experiences and support with content creation and production.
Will also be
responsible for overseeing the organizations interactions with
the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies, analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in
customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
