    Morning Arrival 08:30
Volunteers arrive at 08:30 AM and begin the day by greeting staff and preparing for the children’s arrival. As children come in, volunteers assist with welcoming them, settling them into the environment, supporting hygiene routines such as handwashing, diaper changing, and helping with morning feeding. Free play is encouraged to help children feel comfortable and engaged.

    Mid-Morning Activities 10:30
This period is dedicated to structured play-based learning. Volunteers support activities such as storytelling, singing, music, sensory play, and simple creative crafts. The focus is on developing children’s language, motor skills, creativity, and social interaction in a fun and pressure-free way.

    Lunch & Rest Time 12:00 – 20
Children are supported during lunch with feeding assistance and hygiene care. After lunch, younger children take naps while others rest quietly. Volunteers may assist caregivers with cleaning, preparing materials, or organizing the learning space for afternoon activities.

    Afternoon Activities 14:30 – 15:30
In the afternoon, children participate in calm and engaging activities such as drawing, puzzles, group games, and indoor or outdoor play (depending on weather). Volunteers help guide activities that promote emotional expression, sharing, and physical development.

    Evening Routine 16:30 – 17:00
As the day ends, volunteers help prepare children for pick-up, assist with cleaning the daycare environment, and organize toys and materials. This time may also include short reflections with staff, sharing observations about children’s progress and daily experiences.
