    Program Overview

Interns will participate in all stages of drone development, from initial design to final field testing. The program is tailored to offer hands-on learning in drone engineering, with tasks involving the assembly and programming of drone systems and their subsystems. Participants will gain experience in developing remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROUV) and aerial drones used for diverse applications, including environmental monitoring, industrial inspections, and research.

Interns will work alongside experienced engineers, who will provide mentorship and guidance throughout the program. The multidisciplinary team comprises professionals with international experience, ensuring high-quality technical supervision and exposure to best practices in drone technology development.

    Key Learning Experiences
    • Drone Assembly: Learn to build aerial and underwater drones by assembling core components such as frames, motors, propellers, and communication systems.
    • Programming & Control Systems: Gain proficiency in drone programming, working on control algorithms, navigation systems, and communication protocols.
    • Subsystem Development: Participate in the design and integration of critical subsystems, including sensor arrays, power management units, and propulsion systems.
    • Field Testing & Deployment: Engage in fieldwork to test and refine drone performance under real-world conditions, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
    • ROUV (Underwater Drone) Development: Acquire specialized skills in building remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROUV), focusing on waterproofing, buoyancy control, and underwater navigation.
    Why Choose This Internship?
    • Hands-On Learning: Unlike theoretical programs, this internship emphasizes practical, project-based learning, allowing interns to apply engineering principles in real-world scenarios.
    • Exposure to Advanced Technologies: Work on cutting-edge drone technologies, including autonomous systems, advanced sensors, and machine vision.
    • Mentorship from Experts: Benefit from direct supervision by experienced engineers with international backgrounds in drone technology and robotics.
    • Field Experience: Gain unique fieldwork experience in deploying and operating drones for practical applications, such as environmental surveys or underwater exploration.
    • Career Development: Build a competitive edge by acquiring in-demand skills in drone technology, a rapidly growing sector with diverse career opportunities.
    Who Should Apply?

    This internship is ideal for:

    • Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Software Engineering students interested in drone technology.
    • Aerospace Engineering students seeking hands-on experience in unmanned aerial systems.
    • Robotics and Mechatronics students looking to expand their expertise in hardware-software integration.
    • Graduates aiming to enter the drone technology or robotics industry.
