Details on arrival
Volunteers are welcome to join the program throughout the year. While there are no strict start dates, it is preferable to arrive on a Sunday or Monday, ideally in the morning.
Upon arrival, volunteers are taken to their accommodation and given a guided tour of the farm, including stables, training areas, and the workspace. This allows time to settle in, unpack, and familiarize themselves with the farm environment. Practical work begins the day after arrival.
Flights can be booked on any day of the week, but early morning arrivals are recommended, as the farm is several hours’ drive from the airport. This ensures volunteers have enough time to reach the farm, settle in, and prepare for the first full day of hands-on farm work.
