- Our project is located in Chamazi village, southern Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, about 1 hour from Julius Nyerere International Airport.
- Airport pick-up and drop-off are included in your program fee, ensuring a safe and convenient arrival.
- Upon arrival, volunteers are greeted by our friendly staff, introduced to the accommodation, and given a brief orientation about the school, local culture, and daily schedule.
- Orientation will include an overview of volunteer responsibilities, safety guidelines, and classroom activities so you feel fully prepared to start your program.
- Bring a copy of your passport and travel documents.
- Dress comfortably for travel and local climate.
- Pack any personal teaching resources or items you’d like to share with children.
- We aim to make your arrival smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable so you can start making a positive impact from day one!
