🎭 About the Program – Theater Volunteering with Children in India
Do you have a passion for theater, travel, and helping children? Volunteering With India offers a unique opportunity to combine all three in one meaningful program in the iconic Pink City of Jaipur. This Theater Volunteer Program allows you to work with underprivileged children from local schools and orphanages who rarely get access to the performing arts.
As a volunteer, you’ll have the creative freedom to design and lead your own theater workshops—whether it's putting on small plays, teaching acting or dance routines, designing costumes, building masks or puppets, or even working on scenes from musicals. You don’t need to be a professional—just come with passion, creativity, and a heart for children.
Most of these children come from challenging backgrounds, and the program helps boost their confidence, teamwork, and emotional expression. Theater becomes a joyful, healing, and educational tool that lets them explore creativity while building essential life skills.

🎬 Role of the Volunteer
As a volunteer, you’ll contribute by:

The project is operated in partnership with our trusted local NGO, supported by Indian volunteers. Our English-speaking program coordinator is always present at the project site to assist and translate where needed, ensuring smooth communication and guidance for international volunteers.
