Upon arrival to the Mariscal Sucre International Airport (UIO) in Quito, you will be met at the airport by shuttle to their hotel where you will be staying for the evening. The next morning, volunteers will have breakfast and the hotel and then will be picked up by a private taxi service around 11 am to take you to Shandia, where you'll be staying for the duration of your time with Manna Project International. This drive usually takes about 4-5 hours, with 1 stop in the middle. You may want to consider getting snacks before getting in the taxi.
