    The team has a schedule of activities, where we will collect waste from the beach and places that require it. 
    Collaborators have to come willing and open to collaborate with the activities on the schedule and whatever arises, since we adapt to the needs of the area and are flexible in the face of eventualities such as the weather. Also come with the equipment recommended by us and what you think is necessary for your personal comfort.

    we have different points where we reside and collaborate; We are available at all times to guide you based on your flight schedules so that everything is comfortable and flexible. 

    The team is always willing and open to any ideas from collaborators, as well as to address any questions or discomfort on their part. The team is made up of people from different cultures, so respect is present above all.

    The activities are 12 hours a week, 3 hours a day, thus being a balance with rest and enjoyment of the place where we are.

    The activities are 12 hours a week, 3 hours a day, thus being a balance with rest and enjoyment of the place where we are.

    A typical day at Eco Vida is to start the day with a good breakfast, and then go out to carry out the activities planned during the day, considering the needs of the environment and weather conditions. 

    After carrying out the activities, each person can choose what to do in their free time, planning it individually or with the team and/or colleagues. 

    We always meet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, unless the collaborator has a personal plan in their free time.

    One day a week we plan to visit a place as a team. 

    On free days you can access suggested tours at an additional cost, or explore and/or visit the place you want on your own. Any option is a personal expense.

    In residential tasks, as in any family, we help each other to maintain order and cleanliness in personal space and shared spaces.

    If you're looking for a bigger adventure, there are also optional excursions to beautiful beaches, national parks, museums, scenic viewpoints, and artisanal or experimental factories (these have an additional cost). Each destination offers unique experiences that adapt to your interests and allow you to connect with your environment in a special way.

    Minimum Age: 18 years

    In order to join the program you need to be at least 18 years old on the program start date. There might be exemptions if you can provide the permission of your legal guardian(s) or if your are accompanied by your parents.

    Language Skills

    You need to speak English (basic level) or Spanish (basic level)

    Nationality Restrictions

    No restrictions. Helping hands from all over the world are welcome.

    The fee helps us finance our NGO, buy food and supplies to develop our project and provide good service to collaborators.

    Accommodation

    Accommodation: You will be provided with accommodation in a shared dormitory, with your own bed.

    We also offer full Wi Fi service, ensuring a stable and reliable connection throughout your stay.

    Food & Beverages

    You will receive three meals a day, which will guarantee you energy for your daily activities.

    Our menu includes a variety of options, such as:

    An airport pickup isn't included within the program fees either.

    Travel Insurance

    Our program offers you the flexibility to join and stay as long as you want. However, we recommend a minimum stay of one week so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.                                                                                                                                                                                          
    Practical information:      
    To get to where we are, you must provide information about your arrival flight to Costa Rica, having public or private transportation options, with which we will gladly guide you, whichever you choose.
