    Upon arrival at George Airport (GRJ), you’ll be warmly welcomed by the Odyssey team and transferred to your cozy accommodation, where you’ll meet your fellow adventurers and expert guides for an orientation on the week’s highlights and conservation activities, followed by a delightful ...

    Upon arrival at George Airport (GRJ), you’ll be warmly welcomed by the Odyssey team and transferred to your cozy accommodation, where you’ll meet your fellow adventurers and expert guides for an orientation on the week’s highlights and conservation activities, followed by a delightful South African-inspired welcome dinner with captivating stories about the region’s wildlife and conservation efforts

    Day 2
    Start your day with breakfast at 07:30, then at 08:15 be picked up from your accommodation for a 09:00 morning game drive in a private reserve, where you’ll encounter South Africa’s iconic wildlife including elephants, lions, rhinos, and giraffes; at 12:00 enjoy an interactive lunch at the lodge with conservation experts sharing insights on protecting wildlife, followed by free time from 15:30 to 17:00, and finish the day with a relaxing dinner at 18:30.

    Day 3
    Begin your day with breakfast at 07:30, then at 09:00 be picked up from your accommodation for a 10:00 guided boat excursion to Seal Island, where you’ll observe vibrant seal colonies, playful dolphins, whales, and other marine life while learning about local conservation efforts; at 13:00 enjoy the Point of Human Origins Walk with an archaeologist, exploring ancient caves and fossil sites that reveal the story of early human evolution, followed by an afternoon at leisure and dinner at 18:30.

    Day 4
    Start your day with breakfast at 07:30, then depart your accommodation at 08:00 for a scenic 6–7 hour drive to Addo Elephant National Park, enjoying South Africa’s diverse landscapes along the way and stopping for a delicious packed lunch; spend the evening at leisure settling in at your accommodation, before gathering for dinner at 19:00 to prepare for the exciting safari adventures ahead.

    Day 5
    After breakfast at 07:30, embark on a full-day safari from 08:30 to 18:00, beginning with a guided morning game drive to spot majestic elephants, playful zebras, stealthy lions, and a variety of other wildlife; enjoy a mid-morning break with traditional South African tea, coffee, and rusks while soaking in the park’s serene beauty, followed by a hearty traditional braai lunch with grilled meats, fresh salads, and regional specialties paired with wine, beer, or juice, and continue your afternoon safari capturing breathtaking photographs and immersing yourself in the wonders of Addo’s landscapes and wildlife.

    Depart your hotel at 07:00 and arrive at Shamwari by 08:00 for a full-day behind-the-scenes conservation experience until 17:30, immersing yourself in hands-on wildlife and habitat projects, before departing for your accommodation and enjoying dinner at 19:30.

    Enjoy breakfast at 08:30 before departing toward Port Elizabeth Airport (Chief Dawid Stuurman) at 11:00, reflecting on your extraordinary journey and leaving South Africa with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for wildlife conservation.
