Typical day
Your schedule will depend on the priorities of the Community Forest at the time of your visit. Generally, Conservation volunteers work five days a week, with weekends for sightseeing and leisure activities.

The project is open all year round, which means you can choose your own dates and duration.
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu, a Projects Abroad staff member will be there to welcome you. You’ll spend your first night in Kathmandu, before travelling to Chitwan the next day by bus.
