Our program runs year-round, allowing you the flexibility to join us whenever it fits your schedule. There are no fixed start dates—you are welcome to arrive any day of the week.
🛬 Arrival & Meeting Your TeamWhen booking your flights, please ensure your final destination is Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu.
Personal Pickup: As soon as you clear customs and exit the arrivals hall, a friendly representative from our team will be there to greet you and welcome you to Nepal.
Safe Transfer: We will provide a transfer to your initial accommodation, so you don't have to worry about navigating the busy streets of Kathmandu on your own.
Before heading to the Programme we want you to find your feet and soak in the local culture.
Homestay Experience: You will stay with a local family in Kathmandu, giving you an authentic taste of Nepalese hospitality right from the start.
Cultural Immersion: We will take you to visit one of the iconic Buddhist Stupas (such as Swayambhunath) to experience the spiritual and architectural beauty of the capital.
Rest & Prep: Use this time to recover from your flight, adjust to the local rhythm, and receive a final briefing before your project begins.
After 24 to 48 hours of rest and exploration in Kathmandu, we will arrange your transport ( Tourist Bus) to the village of Sauraha. This scenic journey takes you from the hills of the valley down to the lush plains of the Terai, where your volunteering journey as a Nature Advocate officially starts.
