What You’ll Do

As a Volunteer Coordinator Intern, you will:

• Welcome and onboard new volunteers and interns

• Clearly outline responsibilities, timelines, and expectations

• Facilitate weekly meetings and track progress

• Support documentation, reporting, and communication

• Maintain coordination between volunteers, supervisors, and partners

• Assist the Project Coordinator with administrative and operational tasks

• Support other departments based on organizational priorities and your strengths

Skills & Background (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Experience in team coordination, leadership, or administration

• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email communication)
